Welcome to my corner of the internet! I am Jerome Thompson! We all experienced it at one point or another. Getting frustrated when trying to find something in an app only to find it after search for a few minutes or the experience of satisfaction when you can flow through an app intuitively. Obviously, User Experience plays an integral role in a consumer’s experience. Its importance is a decision of retaining or losing clients. I understand building user-centered product is a lifeline of any organization and my cumulative experiences provides a solid foundation to integrate with any team to build the most comprehensible experience.
